DE TOLOSA RANCH OWNERS ASSOCIATIONThe De Tolosa Ranch Owners Association started in 2004. Until 2020, all notifications of changes to rules, candidates for offices, or projects within the community were communicated by standard typewritten memos in black and white that were mailed to members. Applications for changes to property (ARC Applications) were done on paper, instead of online. There was a need to provide member owners with information on upcoming events, Board and Association meetings, forms and documents. Nicolette A. Muñoz Consulting developed a simple website that contains: maps, project applications, bylaws, Board meeting minutes and even links to approved Association paint palettes.
Additionally, a quarterly color newsletter with compelling graphics and articles was also developed to reach all Association members who may not access the website for news. SERVICES PROVIDED: Website • Quarterly Newsletter |
